Mix up some Master Mix for baking during your once a week food prep time or during OAMC sessions. You’ll never reach for Bisquick again :-)

Gluten-Free Blueberry Muffins
2 c Gluten-free Master Mix
1/2 c sugar or 1/3 c honey
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup water
2 large eggs
