Gluten-free Italian cornmeal cake
What a great idea! Adding the ricotta cheese and orange juice makes this cake heavier, moister, and sweeter…perfect for dessert! Thanks to Whole Foods.

2 c Gluten-free Master Mix
1/2 c sugar or 1/3 c honey
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup water
2 large eggs
1 t vanilla
