Cheese, broccoli, and red bell pepper strata (OAMC)

Remember the Spinach Strata that we made? Well, how about substituting chopped broccoli florets and red bell peppers for the spinach? Add some parmesan cheese to the cheddar, and throw in a dollop of Dijon mustard…yum! :-)
